Industry
In the spring of 2010, I continued developing these industrial pieces. This selection includes some pieces created on a smaller scale - which continued to humanize the subjects.
I also completed a number of pieces drawing on housing developments around the city of Ottawa. These works were the bridge between the Halifax-based industrial works, and a greater focus on Ottawa. I viewed the empty housing developments under construction in a similar aesthetic light to the refineries in Halifax.
These works were displayed in the 2010 New Art Festival in Ottawa, on June 5-6, 2010.
